• Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, ORD, Ad Hoc)
• Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Excel
• Experience with database design and concepts and familiarity with SQL
• Working knowledge of survey platforms, specifically Qualtrics
• Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies including survey design.
