• Regularly Update and track the issues in Jira coordinate with other cross functional teams for resolution.
• Work with Testing team for FUT
• Work on issue resolutions and support during FUT, SIT, UAT, Go-live and Hypercare.
• Provide Knowledge sharing to Production support team after Go-live and handover.
