• Responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal development and ultimately driving the initiative through to final delivery Develop and oversee detailed project plans
• Provide project leadership work direction and feedback
• Establish detailed project plans and metrics work plans schedules resource plans and status reports
• Manages the project teams plans activities and monitors progress and ensures all project deliverables are provided using best practices and are of an appropriate quality
• Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to senior management and client team
• Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans Has very strong communication skills
