1. Understand customers and expected changes in sales patterns and fine tune ordering system settings to ensure right stock is ordered for stores and DCs
2. Use the SAP ordering modules to identify opportunities to improve availability and reduce stockholding and waste
3. Support business plans by providing analysis, advice and technical assistance for ordering systems (e.g. SAP) and its features
4. Ensure accurate and timely information is available on settings applied in ordering system, all changes are planned and tracked
5. Be an expert on system settings, specifically SAP ordering modules
6. Ensure Ordering management team understands what the system is capable of, what changes are made, why and what is the impact on availability, stockholding and other key performance indicators
