• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields: data analytics, computer modelling, computer science, or math
• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience; professional services industry experience a plus
• Strong computer skills, particularly databases and data analysis using Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau and PowerPoint to effectively communicate.
• Model for recommendation engine to do patient up sell and cross sell.
• Model for predicting patient churning and customer churning.
