- An undergraduate degree in Business Information Systems or related field of study OR equivalent work experience. -
- 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP Human Resources; production support experience is preferred.
- An established SAP HR generalist with recent hands-on experience of SAP HR. -
- Full cycle implementation experience required. Experience with all implementation phases and delivery of final solution to business. -
- Prior experience serving as a senior business analyst or systems consultant is strongly preferred.
- The minimum years of actual work experience necessary will be heavily dependent upon the actual amount of hands-on experience with SAP HR
- Previous hands-on configuration skills are necessary with particular emphasis in as many of the following areas as possible:
- Enterprise and Personnel Administration structures, creation and maintenance with knowledge of wider system implications and ability to address and identify related effects
