• Good knowledge of data replication monitoring via background jobs, SLG1 log reviews, SuccessFactors data replication monitoring.
• Ability to perform data validation, compare data across multiple systems to ensure employee data is consistent throughout our landscape.
• Knowledge of Cost Center replication from ERP to EC, Org Objects Replication from EC to ERP, Employee Master Replication from EC to ERP and Org Assignment Replication from EC to ERP.
