- Experience of implementing large PSU government project
- Should have experience of at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation HCM consultant.
- Good understanding of hire to retire process and requirements of public sector payroll including overtime
- Must experience in LSO, SAP Indian Payroll, E-separation and recruitment module
- Good to have exposure in Training & Event Management, Time Management, ESS and MSS
