• Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules
• Must be proficient in the following business processes
• Field service project planning creation costing revenue billing monitoring Repair project planning
• Work with on site team members onsite key users and managers to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation
• Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands on expertise in configuring SAP systems
• Responsibilities requirement gathering SAP Configuration specifying interfaces and data migration
