• At least 5 to 8 years of SAP development or consulting experience in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong implementation experience with at least two SAP Success factors Employee Central implementations.
• Has deep understanding of the Success factors products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.
• Proven record in understanding application and business requirements and delivering results to stakeholders’ satisfaction.
• Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner.
