Experience on Business requirement gathering- Gap- Fit analysis- to- be analysis - documentation- Configuration- Testing- Training and Developments- - Good Functional and Technical understanding of custom developments.
Able to converse with client and should have flair in terms of understanding business requirements and get them mapped into SAP- CIN
Should have complete life cycle management exposure of the module.
Responsible for reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements
Exposure to Run SAP - Solution Manager- methodologies
Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.
Experience in working in Global delivery model - GDM- will be an added advantage
