• Provide functional/ technical guidance to the team members Identify and resolve functional technical issues 
• Must have thorough knowledge of ASAP Implementation methodology, Business flowchart preparation, BBP documentation preparation experience. 
• Experience required to interact with the client and understand their requirements. Gather define the detailed Functional / Technical requirements. 
• Good in explaining technical information to non-technical people and to other Junior consultant, Crystal report developers.
• Ability to Lead Implementations Projects independently. Leading Project Level communication with client and convince respective stakeholders.
