Good knowledge of HCM Concepts and HCMS Functional domain knowledge
Must have atleast 6 Implementation Experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors
Must have Done Requirement gathering and documentation for all HR related processes for ASIS, TO BE and Blue print document.
Knowledge of standard SAP HCM SuccessFactor process required to design the key data structure for configuration
Must have experience in leading large teams and should have handled complex people management Problems
Must be able to articulate client requirements
