1. The consultant should be willing to work in a high pressure environments adhere to stringent deadline.
2. He should be able to work daily monitoring, transport deployment, batch job monitoring, notes application 
3. He should be proficient in server sizing and performance tuning of SAP environments.
4. He should have good working knowledge of AIX, WINDOWS operating systems and other utilities such as TDMS, TSM, LEGATO etc.
5. The consultant should be able to perform KERNEL and SAP version upgrades through SUM and SPAM tools.
