• Available primarily during M-F, 8-5 pm US Central Time or similar schedule. However, P1 support issues, while very rare,
• Proficient in writing and speaking English.
• Can work with limited direction, takes ownership of items in the support queue and makes sound decisions to resolve quickly and accurately.
• Prefer the US or Near Shore-based resource due to Time Zone requirements.
• Detailed knowledge of Standard BW extractors.
