• Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR process for the project
• Conducting workshops with key users & preparing technical scope documents
• Must have good documentation skills including best practices like maintaining meeting minutes

• Must be able to work independently and with others, in preparing technical specifications, work on developments and support functional consultants in testing and bug fixes
