- Articulate Business Requirement into SAP C4C User Requirement Specifications
- Actively Collaborate with the IT function and SAP C4C Support partner to successfully develop new configurations, enhancements or changes in C4C
- Carry out extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on SAP C4C developments and Enhancements and signoff for such developments to be made live
- Conceptualise and Publish MIS Dashboards on SAP-C4C Business Process Impact, SAP-C4C End User Analytics,
