• SAP HCM Experience on at least 2 full-cycle implementation
• Strong knowledge in any one of the country Payroll (India/Middle East/International) and local statutory reporting and audit requirements
• Experience in writing PCRs in Payroll and Positive Time Management
• Experience working with PA, OM, Time, ESS/MSS, Travel Management, PD and Fiori
• Should have executed Client Front-ending role for at least 3 of the Projects
• Should have good Interpersonal Skills with excellent written and verbal communication
