Should have done 2-3 HCM implementations ( preferably focused on Payroll (India), Time Management, Personal Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), ESS/ MSS modules and Talent Management )
Must have worked on Success Factors and should have implemented success factors for customer
Must have worked on Payroll for Saudi or Middle east. Should have good knowledge on Integration with other modules and with swipe machine.
Should be able to understand HR processes and compliances and have an an ability to lead and upgrade team.
