- Mandatory to have demonstrated ability for process integrations between C4C Sales and ECC, with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Should have hands-on experience with Web Services Messages, CPI interfacing, Idoc monitoring & troubleshooting
- Should have good knowledge on configurations related to master data viz. Account & Contact Management, Products
- Material Master, Account Hierarchy, Employees and Pricing
- Well versed with configurations related to transactional data viz. from Campaign to Sales Order, Activities
