• Financial Planning/ Budget Management
• Connect with Function Heads to understand business needs to meet annual target, capex and open budget.
• Analyze historical budgets and financial reports and create value added reports such as budget vs actual, fixed cost absorption / capex utilization etc.
• Build plant / 3P saving targets for the year which will be the input for overall organization plan.
• Develop annual budget and share with key stakeholders for review; Share finalized budget with Finance team.
