• Broad and deep business process knowledge of the supply chain Operating Model; able to lead and contribute to design process 
• Proficient knowledge of the SAP Supply Chain operating model pricing and billing functionality
• Strong understanding of North American Papers pricing and billing processes and practices is required
• Experience leading medium to large complex projects with a strong understanding and knowledge of various project management methodologies 
• Skilled in process management; can translate output of process assessments into clearly defined gaps and propose resolutions
