- Work with the SAP Functional/Technical experts to facilitate incident & problem resolution
- Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements / new functionality and perform application research
- Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations
- Perform break/ fix analysis and recommend solutions
- Performing scheduled Client copy/ System refreshes & quarterly maintenance
- Installation, upgrading & tuning of databases
- Backup, recovery and disaster recovery of SAP systems
- Storage/ Data Management
