• Manage shift roasters, leave, absence of the teams. Manage the hiring and releasing of the contractors and approve the timesheets of the contractors.
• Monitor and validate the recharges and billing on monthly basis for the firm and contract employees.
• Mentor and coach the team to deliver high-quality deliverables on time. Manage and perform the performance development of the team and conduct regular check-in to provide feed forwards.
• Drive Chennai deliver centre specific initiatives like sustainability, diversity inclusion, hackathons and other initiatives.
