• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting and refresh to ensure stability, recoverability of the SAP and related systems
• Perform root-cause-analysis, as well as performance management and optimization of SAP Systems
• Proactively analyze SAP environment to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
• Overall maintenance of Networking, Firewall, Server Hardware & Storage by co coordinating with network support team.
