• Maintain the integrity of the SAP & Non-SAP environments by managing the correction and transport system (CTS) to ensure all configuration objects
• Provide technical support for SAP issues like system dumps, job management, printer & spool administration along with enabling SAP user 
• Perform system refreshes, client copies and server migrations.
• Create & maintain SAP Basis documentation with regards to System operational procedures & instructions including changes to SAP landscape 
• Adherence to SAP Basis on-call support.
