• Carry out SAP M/
M S/4 HANA Finance configuration, administration and maintenance
• Perform troubleshooting, analysis and resolve problems on all Finance modules
• Manage the change management processes within the Finance landscape according to accepted policy and procedure
• Participate in crisis resolution meetings as necessary
• Collaborate with functional teams on the integration and support of the SAP systems and new initiatives
• Provide training to business users and direction to other operational support teams
• Maintain documentation on system configurations, functional and technical designs, test cases, test results and others
