• Should have overall experience of 15 years on SAP HCM
• Experience is a must in both SAP ECC6 and SAP HCM  S4/HANA.
• Should have worked on SAP S/4 hana on premise or cloud for Finance module for atleast 3 implementation / support projects.
• Should have done blueprinting , fit gap analysis , creating requirement documents and specifications , doing system testing and should have good consulting skills.
