• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Masters Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Must have bachelors or equivalent degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience with Human Capital Management products.
• Should have experience in modules like Employee Central / Learning Management / Recruitment / Onboarding / Compensation
