• Good knowledge & Hands on experience in AWS & cloud platform is an added advantage. • Extensive hands on - SAP ECC, BI, SOLMAN, JAVA systems, Support / Project. • Should have self-follow-up on task completion and should be in a position to attend customer calls independently. • Should have experienced in Handling the L3 tickets & Should have good skills in troubleshooting. • Good knowledge in Solution Manager, 7.2 managed system setup, system recommendation etc.
