understanding of business operations in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of ABAP concepts, reading & debugging code, designing & implementing user-exits.
Three to five years of hands-on SAP MM/PP configuration experience
General understanding and support of SAP PP and significant portions of MM-IM and APO
Experience in at least 3 full life cycle SAP implementations including all phases (blueprinting, gap analysis, system design, 
configuration, testing, training, and go-live support).
Excellent project management, analytical skills, communication skills, and with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and to interact effectively within the user community.
