• IDoc, jobs and HR monitoring
• Incident Management-resolve incidents within SLA timeframe
• Hands on experience in Change Management
• Data scrambling prior to release
• Operational Verification in ALM
• Sound knowledge in Personnel Administration and SAP HCM, Payroll, HR archiving
• sound knowledge in SAP HCM (especially Personnel Administration) and BAML and LTI
• S4HANA HR Mini Master exp added advantage
• Should have good understanding about Emp as Vendor scenario and IBAN concept
