Role and Responsibilities

+ Communicating with Business analyst and Client on every single day progress
+ Building and documenting Daily reporting to Managers
+ Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
+ Ability to create BPDs, FDs etc
+ Proficient in Complex RTP, TOU, profiles, Smart meter, Street Light and basic meter billing
+ Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
+ Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
