Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Issues related to Shipment and shipment cost documents.
• Issues related to waybill generation and cancellation.
• Design, customize, configure, and testing of SD.
• Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work self-directed and independently.
