- Experience working with Global Teams . 
- Should have experience and should be able to give solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration in PP/QM area. 
- Should have experience preparing data migration template for PP/QM process areas.  
- Should have experience in data extract, cleansing and uploading the data.. 
- Should have good experience in working with development/technical team. . 
- Should have worked on Enhancements/ rollout / Implementation in customer projects..
