Partner with india workplace managers to ensure their location related businesses seating needs are met.
Lead and evolve our neighborhood seat program for offices in close coordination with local workplace managers & bu leads.
Maintain & enter data into the serraview space planning tool.
Coordinate strategic planning for moves, adds, and changes.
Develop move plans with space assignments, and occupancy plansProcess move related requests and ensure stakeholders and workplace service and fm staff are kept up to date on activity.
Produce space planning & utilization reports for senior leadership team.
Assist india workplace managers to track seat demand/headcount growth, identify problems and trends of future bu workplace needs.
Be involved in future seat demand planning.
Assist with building audits to verify that employee locations, space signage, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted on floor plans.
May create, modify and maintain autocad drawings to provide accurate floor plans and occupancy information.
Become an expert in the salesforce work.com application and any new space planning & management tools.
Partner with global space planning peers, share and implement best practices in our region.
