• Triage incidents between Project IT, HP IT, TCS and SMEs • Flagging recurring incidents and asking for root cause solution • First escalation point for Queue Managers and RTR SMEs • Manage incidents queue through metrics to ensure incidents are managed from reporting to closure as per SLA
