• Systems Analyst should have strong Salesforce  module(s) knowledge.
• Able to articulate solution options and using ERP configuration creatively versus developing enhancements.
• Should have knowledge on interfaces, , workflows.
• Ability to problem solve and route cause a problem in your functional area.
• Understand how your functional area impacts or is impacted by actions in downstream or upstream modules.
• Ability to route cause  is important in this role as well as basic development and transportation processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancements
