• Good understanding of Interface with external systems e.g. DMS, Portals, EWM, TM etc
• Awareness about the different types of interfaces Idoc, XML, APIs, Webservices
• SAP SD certification would be an added advantage
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
