- Lead all discussions on SAP FI CO / Finance both with internal stakeholders and with clients
- Perform AS IS functional gap analysis w.r.t. SAP Finance / FI-CO best practices
- Partner with Technology to identify solutions within SAP or other tools to enable end to end capabilities.
- Recommend solutions & integrations with other SAP modules (such as MM, SD etc. and /or with the existing external applications) to streamline the overall process flow and deliver effort estimates for those solutions
- Design Proof of Concepts, business blueprinting, perform configurations and identify customization needs as relevant
- Develop related service offerings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate with the overall Go to Market
- Identify training needs and design a training roadmap and plan
- Evaluate and coach on performance, develop & grow teams internally
- Undergraduate / Postgraduate degree along with CFA / CA (preferred) with prior working experience across industries with global footprint
- Training and Certification in SAP FI CO / SAP Finance
- Relevant working experience in both SAP ECC 6.0 FI-CO and S4 HANA for Finance (additional FSCM experience preferred)
- End to end working experience in Finance (FI) - AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash and Bank and CO and integrations with one or more SAP modules (PS, MM, SD) or other solutions on both cloud and on premise
- Experience successfully leading design and development projects in Agile and Scrum environment
