Should be able to work in a team supporting multiple projects (both S&M and enhancement)
Able to understand client requirement & should be able to deliver the same including required documentation
Candidates having experience in the areas of handling users of multiple country are preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Working experience with Interfaces
Document functional designs, User manuals and test cases.
Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system improvements.
