• Experienced in Customs Process and Taxation
• Well versed in SAP Best Practice to accelerate delivery of SAP Projects and reduce Project cost.
• Experience in carry out Fit gap analysis and Creating RICEF’s for business improvements, User exit and interface etc.,
• Good experience in EDI Interfaces of interfacing with Third Party Systems or with Principal.
• Experience in suggesting solution automation in business process.
• Support Experience of managing day to day IDOC monitoring, troubleshooting and adherence to SLAs for incidents.
• Debugging skills on own to fix issue without any Technical team dependency.
• Good Consulting Skills and should be able to independently handle business users and stakeholders
