• Excellent understanding of business processes in HCM and experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time and Payroll modules
• Excellent proficiency in problem solving, root cause analysis, gap analysis, configuration, customization, integration testing, system testing and go live support
• Leader in requirement gathering sessions, work closely with the functional team and business stack holders to understand the requirement and prepare detail design document
• Work with Stakeholders, Quality Assurance team to conduct functional testing of implemented application
