- ODATA Service is mandatory
- Web Service development with ABAP
- Knowledge on SAP Business Workflow & WebDynpro (Secondary Skills)
- Must be well conversant in working on Incident, Problem, Change Management and Release Management processes and exposure to ITSM tool would be added advantage.
- Willing to work in 2 shifts and Handle support incidents and change requests is mandator
- Should be flexible in working with onsite and offshore teams.
- Should have handled L2, L3 support in support engagements
