Requirements
• Minimum 4-5 years SAP SD experience. With preferably 2/3 years domain experience • Handling post go-live tickets and closure of tickets as per the SLA in ITSM tool. • Providing consultation and helping in resolving the integration issues with other modules • Cut Over and Go-Live with balance reconciliation. • Adherence to Project Management Office processes.
