Basic exposure to ABAP and Debugging Proficient in OM, PA, Negative Time configuration and its integration with Payroll and its implementation in ASAP methodology Skilled in Payroll - FI Integration 
Hands on experience in LSMW, BDC, IDOCs. Exposure to Middle East region shall be preferableMinimum 4 End to End implementation in SAP HCM & Payroll (Preferable S4H experience or EHP 6.0 and above) 
Experience working on SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM preferred 
Profound experience in Schema, Function, Operations especially in PCRs with complex functions.
