As HR Manager, you play a crucial role in overseeing the human resources functions within an organization. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at creating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

- The role is full-time on-site role as a Human Resource Manager located in Gurugram

- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business goals. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. HR policies, procedures, and compliance specific to the region.

- Develop and implement strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the management and department heads, fostering a performance-driven culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Foster a positive work culture and employee well-being.

Key Characteristics :

A minimum of 2-3 years of HR Management within the Media or Advertising industry.

Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR best practices, Compensation and benefits, performance review

HR Degree Certification (e.g. M.B.A in HR ) will be highly advantageous.

The involves Engagement initiatives & Cultural, Employee Emergency, Health & wellness, Induction, Policy Deployment and Evaluation, Internal Communication, Employee Counselling.
