Role & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Coordinating with field work force
Conducting employee induction/orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Updating employees regarding HR policies/ change in HR policies
Maintaining and updating master database (personal file, personal database etc) of each employee.
Preparing letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience Letter and Relieving Letter.
Employee engagement activities.
Providing Training to new employees

Requirements

Educational qualification & experience:
Graduate/Post graduate with 3-8 years of relevant experience as HR generalist in FMCG/Skincare/Beauty/Similar industry

Skill Set:
