• Proven HR and recruitment experience. • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies • Strong understanding of HR compliance. • Excellent communication skills. • Execute end-to-end recruitment process including collaboration with talent acquisition agencies. • Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires. Facilitate effective cultural integration. • Document and provide feedback on performance. • Manage payroll, benefits, and HR compliance, labour laws, PF, ESI, TDS. • Plan team engagement activities. Foster a positive workplace culture. • Provide strategic support for talent acquisition and engagement.
