Recruitment:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
• Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Handle the entire recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding.
Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
• Managing work anniversaries, bank accounts, notice board
• Tracking PoSH compliance and filing reports timely
• Executing Disclosure form cadence
HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Execution of all tasks related to PF, Payroll, Tax, Exit formalities, HRMS
• Manage organization chart and span of control
• Assist HR Head in auditing and updating HR policies and processes
• Tracking disciplinary actions and maintaining history of the same
HR Analytics:
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
• Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the HR team in various ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with KEKA HRMS (Must)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
